Description

The MKS HV75K-N servo is the high voltage lugless version of the latest small servo from MKS. The case omits mounting tabs making it more compact and especially suitable for fitting in a wing (or tail surface) or for very cramped installations where it is glued in place. This version is also 0.1 g lighter than the lugged HV75K. The MKS HV75K-N is actually a low-medium-high voltage servo as it works on 1S and 2S LiPo and well as 4.8V - 6V NiMH batteries.

The MKS HV75K-N is more powerful, faster, and considerably more robust than the DS65K. Its clever inverted motor design makes it very compact, in fact it is nearly as small as the SD100 or D47 in the vertical and horizontal directions.

The MKS HV75K-N is ideal for F3K, F5D, and all small models that require excellent precision, massive torque, and good speed.

The MKS hallmark CNC aluminium alloy case adds rigidity and crash resistance to the servo. The gears are pre-loaded to remove all slop or backlash from the geartrain, allowing a level of precision unequalled by other manufacturers.

The extreme reliability and performance of these servos also makes them very suitable for use in film and motion picture industry special effect departments. They are also used in robotic, drone, UAV, UAS, academic research, military, and other highly demanding applications.

High voltage versions of the HV75K are available with standard mounting lugs (the HV75K), wing mounting lugs (the HV75K-R), and no mounting lugs (the HV75K-N). Low/standard voltage versions of the servo are available with standard mounting lugs (the DS75K), wing mounting lugs (the DS75K-R), and no mounting lugs (the DS75K-N).

Excellent servo: Except for two things. The leads are too short. I missed the small print that actually says its 7cm as opposed to 8cm for the low voltage version, but in fact mine is only 6,4 cm. Even 7 would be too short for a four in a row installation, you will have to splice leads on the 4th, maybe even 3rd servo's.
Nowhere on the manufacturer's site or anywhere does it say what servo horns it comes with. For the price I had assumed it comes with a selection like the KST's does. It comes with a single un-modifiable 7mm horn and nothing else.
For the price: I admit to being disappointed.

Great Servo!

Just like its 1s counterpart, this servo performs flawlessly. The precision around center is excellent, and on 2s is twice as fast. A great choice for dlgs!
