We cannot take card payments over the phone, so all remittances will have to be made online, by cheque, or by bank transfer.
The site to allows customer reviews and comments to be left against any product. Look for the write a review link below the product name. We really appreciate receiving feedback, and good or bad, as that allows us to improve our service and product offering.
To stop spam postings the form asks the customer's email address, and only accepts the review if a person with that email address has purchased that item. The email address will not be shown, and will not be used for marketing, or passed to any third party.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (via PayPal), bank transfers and cheque payment. Please note that we cannot take card payments over the phone.

We usually despatch orders within one or two working days. UK small orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post. Kits, long carbon orders, and other larger items are sent by a Courier service. International small orders are sent by untracked Airmail post. We are not responsible for the reliability of overseas postal services. Under no circumstances do HyperFlight accept responsibility/liability for local taxes and/or customs duties that may be payable upon delivery. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that they comply with these requirements.
When despatching good outside the EU customs charges may be levied by the recipient country or the shipper on behalf of the local authorities. It is the customer's responsibility to pay all customs charges, even if he thinks they are excessive. If the customer refuses to pay the charge and the goods are destroyed we will not be liable and will not credit the customer. If a refused parcel is returned to us we will credit the customer the value of the undamaged items returned, less the cost of shipping the box to the customer and back to HyperFlight.
We will contact you within 48 working hours if your item is not in stock, or cannot be sold to your location, and will refund you in full.
We cannot replace servos which have had the plugs or mounting lugs removed, or have been modified in any way. Modified servos less than three months old will be replaced at half price.
Please obtain an RMA number and return unwanted items within 10 days in merchantable condition with the original packaging for a full refund. After this items are only accepted back by agreement, and any credit will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. The customer shall be liable for the cost of returning goods to us.

If you are new to the hobby of flying RC model airplanes, DO NOT attempt to fly a model by yourself! There are hundreds of BMFA (British Model Flying Association) clubs in the UK. Ask your local hobby shop for the location of the nearest club in your area, or check out the www.bmfa.org.uk web site. Many clubs often have qualified instructors to teach you how to fly. If you are from outside the UK please contact your national organisation. In any case it is essential that you obtain 3rd party insurance and fly responsibly, adhering to guidelines, and national regulations.
All products are constructed to the highest standard and made strong enough for all reasonable powertrains and reasonable usage by an experienced and responsible r/c aircraft pilot.

You confirm that you take full responsibility for the safe usage, construction, and maintenance of the model, and you will not hold HyperFlight.co.uk or its owners, staff, agents, contractors, or helpers in any way responsible for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of operating or flying your model.
HyperFlight’s sole obligation shall be to replace those parts proven to be defective or missing. If you are not willing to agree to this binding condition of sale please do not purchase goods from us, or if you do please return them in as-received condition for a refund.
