This new high quality Curved Offset DLG Throwing Blade improves launch height and throwing comfort. Beautifully molded from carbon fibre, and contoured to maximise launch height and comfort. The offset allows for the discus launch glider wing's dihedral angle, so the fingers stay approximately vertically aligned, even though the glider's wing will be angled up by about 6 degrees.

|Weight as supplied
|Max thickness of carbon
|Height of both blades
|Length of tang
|Height of a single blade
The weight can be decreased by further reducing the thickness of the carbon towards the ends of the blades, and by profiling the edges, to approximate to a thin ellipse. See the attached Shaping DLG Throwing Blades
To fit, open the end of the model's wing, and glue the tang inside the wing with epoxy or good quality thick CA. For excellent installation instructions see this T-Blade Installation
Also called a contoured DLG launch blade, a seagull throwing peg, a curved launch blade.
