The iconic model Sinbad the Sailor designed by Henry Struck is the inspiration for this kit. The Alien Technologies Micro Sinbad is a tiny version of the original.
The Micro Sinbad is the perfect size to toss around the school yard, local slope or keep in the back seat of your car for a quick lunchtime thermal session.
The Micro Sinbad is truly micro with just a 86cm (34") wing span and an all up weight under 55g (2 ounces)! Yep, you read that right. You will need some truly tiny radio gear. You can use something like a Parkzone style brick, or you can use 2g servos and a micro receiver. Use Feather Cover, Oralight, Solite, Parklite or free-flight type lightweight covering materials to avoild warping the delicate wing structure.
