Gap Seal Tape 12mm
Description
High quality very clear plastic hinge gap seal tape, 12 mm wide. This tape has glue on the side that is attached to the fixed surface (wing, tailplane, fin, etc), and no glue on the part that will touch the control surface (aileron, elevator, rudder, etc). This tape covers the gap between the fixed and moving surface, removing the discontinuity. This ensures the flow stays attached, reducing drag and improving the control response.Especially well suited for F3K/F5K models and for the elevators and ailerons on F5J gliders. Easy to use – simply cut to length with scissors. The rear edge is self-adhesive over a 4 mm width; just peel off the backing and apply.

gap seal made easier and cleaner
have sealed gaps using various techniques and have to say this is as good a way as any - easy to apply, transparent appearance, has just the right amount of stiffness/flex. Used on my emerging Aria. If you are looking to seal those gaps - recommend you give this product a try.
