Altis F5J 2.5m

The Altis is a new lightweight 2.5m F5J glider from Ukraine, combining impressive thermal performance with a compact, lightweight airframe.Despite its relatively modest wingspan, the Altis offers performance approaching that of many 4m F5J models, while remaining easy to handle and transport. This makes it an excellent choice for pilots entering F5J competition, while experienced pilots will appreciate its ability to compete seriously against much larger models.Its compact dimensions also allow an exceptionally low flying weight, with the Light version capable of being completed at approximately 600–680g.The Altis combines an aerodynamically efficient, low-drag fuselage with a high aspect ratio wing using AG-series aerofoils, premium composite materials and high quality Ukraine manufacturing expertise.Key Features

Construction
The Altis is manufactured exclusively from high-quality composite materials. Its lightweight structure uses a Rohacell foam core with lightweigh spreaad carbon carbon fibre fabric, providing an excellent combination of strength, stiffness and low weight.The fuselage and tail components use carbon fibre shells throughout, helping to keep the structure light while maintaining the rigidity required for accurate control and competitive flying.Versions
The Altis is available Light, Regular and Strong layups. This allows the model to be selected according to the required balance of minimum flying weight, everyday durability and suitability for stronger conditions.Kit Contents
