This was needed for patches on the wing tips of my F5J "Inside" . I haven't used plastic films for many years - this model was handed down from a friend, so was a little concerned about doing neat repairs. I found the Oracover Light easy to locate and stick down around the perimeter of each patch. Shrinking with a hot air gun worked well, leaving the patches almost invisible. Easy to use, light and surprisingly tough for its light weight.
Aways used some cheap covering film up to now, which wrinkles and don't stay down for long.
Oralight went down really well and not many wrinkles which I was able to gently remove with iron and heat gun, a tad more expensive but will be my go-to covering film from now on.

First, a big thank you to Hyperflight for their super, next-day, service (as always). This was the first time I've used Oralight, so I was a little nervous about how easy it would be to handle. Sure, it is much lighter than Oracover but it's just as easy to apply to give a good finish. The film is quite tough and it is easy to cut with a v. sharp knife or scissors without tearing. Tacks down and shrinks extremely well using the temperature settings in the instructions!
I needed the covering for a wing repair on my Weston Cougar 200 and the colour was a perfect match. The item was delivered on time.

I decided to buy the stuff from you, as i have ordered stuff from you in the past, and it always gets sent, and arrives quickly. Plus my Local Model Shop here in WSM, hadn'y even ordered the Transparent Clear ,and Blue that I had placed with them the previous week, and I decided i wanted to get this prototype model, done, and dusted quickly....
