Debit and credit card details are processed using secure servers on our behalf by our payment providers. HyperFlight.co.uk does not
have access to your card details and transactions are processed automatically to ensure the security of your card. We use Google
Checkout and PayPal to process payment as they are committed to protecting your personal data. They use a variety of security
technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Any sensitive
information, such as a credit card number, which is to be transmitted over the internet, is protected through the use of encryption.
Any information entered in this site, for example your name and email address will not be sold or passed on to any third parties. We
may use this information to keep in touch with your regarding your order and let you know about any special offers involving
Hyperflight.co.uk

| Telephone Enquiries |
We are happy to answer phone queries and give advice. Please phone 01926 314011 (international 00 44 1926 314011) between 09:00 and
18:00 UK time, Monday to Saturday.
We cannot take card payments over the phone, so all remittances will have to be made online, by cheque, or by bank transfer.

| Product Reviews |
The site to allows customer reviews and comments to be left against any product. Look for the write a review link below the product name.
We really appreciate receiving feedback, and good or bad, as that allows us to improve our service and product offering. As a thank you for your time taken we will email a £5 voucher for any review submitted. We will issue the voucher at our discretion and limit it to one voucher per customer per month. The voucher will give a £5 discount off any items ordered from the site within 12 months of issue, with a minimum spend of £20.00.
Reviews may be or may not be published on the site, at our discresson. They may also be edited to improve readability.

| Methods of Payment |
We accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfers and cheque payment.
A) Google Checkout. Click on the Google Checkout button to pay using
Google's simple and reliable payment gateway. This is our preferred method of receiving money as Google's charges are low.
B) PayPal. Click on the PayPal button to pay using PayPal's
well established payment gateway. This is our least preferred payment method as
PayPal's charges are highest, increasing our costs, and eventually increasing prices.
C) Wire Transfer. To pay by direct bank transfer place your order
normally, but don't complete the payment online. Email us to say you will be
paying by bank transfer, and email us again when you have completed the transfer.
We will despatch the goods when the money arrives in our account. Our bank details are:

| Delivery &
Postage |
| We hope to despatch all UK orders by the following working
day by Royal Mail 1st Class post, but please allow 2-4 days to receive your
order once it has been dispatched. We cannot guarantee next day delivery
as delivery time is subject to Royal Mail. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays
are not treated as working days. Orders placed late Friday and over the
weekend will normally be processed on Monday.

We ship to most international destinations. If your country is not listed please contact us.
International orders normally take 5-14 days and are sent out entirely at your own risk unless the insured postage upgrade is
purchased. We are not responsible for the reliability or otherwise of overseas postal services. Once goods have left the UK they are
entirely the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for the payment of import or export duties. If goods are impounded by
the Authorities of the country to which we are sending, payment of those duties are your responsibility.

| Availability & Returns |
If your item is not available, we will contact you immediately.
You will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel your order, or you
may select an alternative product.
Please return unwanted items within 7 days in merchantable condition
with the original packaging for a full refund. After this items are only
accepted back with an RMA number, and any credit will be subject to a
15% restocking charge.

Safety |
The items sold on this website are not suitable for children.
If you are new to the hobby of flying RC model airplanes, DO NOT attempt to fly
a model by yourself! There are hundreds of BMFA (British Model Flying Association)
clubs in the UK. Ask your local hobby shop for the location of the nearest club in your area,
or check out the www.bmfa.org.uk web site. Many clubs often have qualified instructors
to teach you how to fly.
If you are from outside the UK please contact your national organisation. In any case it is
essential that you obtain 3rd party insurance and fly responsibly, adhering to guidelines,
and national regulations.

| Limit of Liability |
All products are constructed to the highest standard and made strong enough for all
reasonable powertrains and reasonable usage by an experienced and responsible r/c aircraft pilot.
By keeping the purchased products you confirm that the parts have not been structurally damaged
and are fit for purpose as received.
The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and actions of the builder/flyer of the product(s) will
ultimately determine the airworthiness, flight performance, and the safety of the finished model.
You confirm that you take full responsibility for the safe usage, construction, and maintenance of
the model, and you will not hold HyperFlight.co.uk or its owners, staff, agents, contractors,
or helpers in any way responsible for any damage or injury that may occur as a result of operating
or flying your model.
HyperFlight’s sole obligation shall be to replace those parts
proven to be defective or missing. If you are not willing to agree to this binding condition of sale
please do not purchase goods from us, or if you do please return them in as-received condition
for a refund.
