The Hyperion Atlas DS09 range is the best series of 9 mm thick servo currently available. The SCD variant has Carbon filled polyethylene gears, and a very good 2 Kg.cm torque. The speed is good enough for 99% of glider and electric model installations. The good quality high impact strength plastic gears are a perfect fit, making the geartrain totally slop-free, and with the very small deadband, the servo is ideal for all control surfaces.

At only 9 mm thick this superb wing-servo can easily fit in very thin wings. With good 2 kg.cm torque and an excellent 0.13s/60° speed it is excellent for DLG flaperons, ailerons, elevator and rudder on many high performance gliders, DLGs, electric gliders, and sport slopers.
