Description

Low friction 1.34 mm ID PTFE tube suitable for pushrod outers on discus launched glider and other small models. Also suitable for a large range of engineering and industrial uses.

This tubing is specially etched on the outside, making it easily bondable using many adhesives, thin CA being probably the best. Provides the lightest, easiest, most friction-free pushrod installations possible.

Can be stretched to 2 times the original length to reduce the weight per meter, and tune the inside diameter to be a perfect fit for the inner pushrod. Sold by the meter. Enter a quantity of 3 for a 3m roll.

Free flight materials

I bought this etched PTFE tube and some small rectangular carbon sections in 1.5m lengths for free flight use. It all arrived safely in it's "pizza box" a couple of days later. It's top quality and very economical in the longer lengths and with combined postage.

Great tubing, works well as the sheath for pushrods, attached with thin CA and magnets inside long fuselages (do not forget to purchase a 0.8mm steel wire also to use for magnets during gluing). Used with the 1.0mm carbon rods, makes awesome light pushrods for light 4m F5J planes.
Neil's service is second to none. Shipped on the same day (Friday, late afternoon!) and Royal Mail dispatched it to the USA within a couple days. Amazing that you can get a shipment from UK to the USA for not a lot more money and time than within the USA.
