The Supra Electric is the Supra Glass with an electric fuselage, making it suitable for F5J type electric r/c thermal soaring competitions. This version has a full F3J strength carbon spared winchable wing and is cablable of sensible aerobatics and high energy flight.
The differences of this version are:
- Custom fuse pod with a nosecone designed for a geared electric motors. This is now fitted with a removable canopy hatch foe easy access to the batteries.
- Special fin modified to allow the tail servos to be rear mounted, to give more space for the powertrain in the pod, and to aide with correct centre of gravity placement.
The wing skin is a very rigid and tough glass/rohacell/kevlar sandwich with a substantial carbon spar.
